LTE: Leadership that Gives Us Hope

As lifelong North Dakotans and recently retired Fargo residents, my wife and I care deeply about the future of this city.  We have watched Fargo grow and we know that growth brings real challenges. This June, voters have an important opportunity to choose new leadership.  Of all the candidates running for mayor, Josh Boschee stands heads and shoulders above the others.

Josh brings well-rounded experience as both a realtor in our community and a state legislator.  He understands Fargo, he understands people, and he believes city government should listen, work with residents, and solve problems.  That is why he supports moving toward a ward system, giving neighborhoods more direct representation and stronger voices.

My wife and I attended one of Josh's listening sessions, and what stood out most was how he listened.  Afterward, my wife said to him, "You give me hope."  That moment said a lot.

Josh is focused on responsible budgets, affordable housing, safer streets and neighborhoods, and leadership rooted in the common good.  Fargo does not need extremism.  We need a mayor who listens, brings people together, and leads for all of us.
